Ok, y'all. I want to take a break in my Haiti posts and just say that I made some of the best ice cream today. A little soupy but it was amazing! And on such a hot day, this is what was needed! : ) Mint chocolate chip!
Of course not! Hannah, the only mint this had in it was Andy's mints. And the chocolate chips were actually melted and poured into the mix, thus giving it the brown color. We can make some as soon as you get home. With the mint. ;)
